The UK is in the midst of a second lockdown which started on 5th November 2020 and ends on 2nd December 2020.

Whilst we are still up and running in terms of online and telephone ordering, the store is currently closed. This means it may take a little longer than usual for us to respond to your enquiry, and you may be asked to call a different telephone number. We are still available to answer all of your queries and can even offer video calling or photos of various products if you need further information or advice.

We are finding that occasionally some parcel deliveries are being delayed by a few days. If your parcel hasn’t arrived yet and it’s been longer than 5 working days feel free to get in touch if you’d like us to chase it up and/or provide a tracking number.

Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service is available on standard size items when sending to an address within the UK. For next working day delivery, you’ll need to complete your order by 1pm.

If you don’t see a Special Delivery option when you get to the cart we may still be able to offer a quicker service via ParcelForce – get in touch for a quote.

Yes – most parcels are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

Yes, we post Worldwide. If you require an International Delivery quote just get in touch.

Unfortunately, our kayak delivery options are currently suspended due to the pandemic. We hope to resume this service as soon as we are able.

Kayaks can be collected from our Shanklin, Isle of Wight store. Occasionally it is possible to arrange a delivery if you are based here on the Isle of Wight, please contact us for more information.

We will try our very best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. There won’t be any delays from our end, however, orders posted before or during a national holiday may require a slightly longer delivery time.
