Can you send my item any quicker? Yes, Next Day Delivery is available on certain items, please contact us for a quote.

Does my parcel need a signature? Yes, parcels are usually tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

Do you deliver to my country? Yes, we post Worldwide. If you require an International Delivery quote just get in touch. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by random Customs checks.

Can you post kayaks? Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints, we are unable to post long items over 8ft (2.44m) such as kayaks and longboard surfboards.

It’s a Bank Holiday, will my order be delayed? We will try our very best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. There won’t be any delays from our end, however orders posted before or during a national holiday may require a slightly longer delivery time.
