We’ve decided to continue our free delivery service Island-wide for all orders over £10. As always, Aaran is on hand with friendly advice and can even offer video calling if you want to view options!

Mail orders are up and running, however please be advised; you may experience longer than usual delivery times. We are currently unable to ship very large items such as SUPs and surfboards at this time. We hope to be able to resume this service as soon as possible.

Can you send my item any quicker? Yes! Next Day Delivery is available on certain items, please contact us for a quote.

Does my parcel need a signature? Usually yes; most parcels are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.

Do you deliver to my country? Yes, we post Worldwide. If you require an International Delivery quote just get in touch. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by random Customs checks.

Can you post kayaks? Kayaks can be collected from our Shanklin, Isle of Wight store. Occasionally it is possible to arrange a delivery, please contact us for more information.

It’s a Bank Holiday, will my order be delayed? We will try our very best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible. There won’t be any delays from our end, however, orders posted before or during a national holiday may require a slightly longer delivery time.

What do I do if I have an issue with my order? In the unlikely event of there being a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.

What is your exchange/returns policy? You can exchange or return your item(s) up to 14 days after receiving them. The cost of returning the items is your responsibility. For more detail, please review our Returns Policy or send us a message.
